Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming store environment
- Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and add-on recommendations
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual standards
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Fulfill e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment
- Represent the Spring Step brand in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and bend as needed
