Location: Harrisburg, PA

We are currently seeking a marketing expert who will lead the charge with promoting our skilled nursing center in the Harrisburg market! We are looking for a Clinical Liaison to coordinate/oversee all aspects of the referral process within our skilled nursing facility. Serving as a liaison for the referral sources from the community, hospital and other referral sources, you will work closely with the Admissions Coordinator. This position will also serve as the primary contact person for referrals and conversion of admissions.
Requirements of the Clinical Liaison:
- Bachelors' degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, and/or Marketing.
- 3-5 years' progressive experience in healthcare sales and marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills, presentation, oral and written communication skills.
- Professional sales presentation skills required.
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
- COVID-19 Vaccine Required
Responsibilities of the Clinical Liaison:
- The Clinical Liaison/Business Development Leader will be responsible for devising strategies to gain patient referrals through establishing/maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Generate new patient activity and create deeper relationships with referral sources to grow profitable revenue streams.
- Formulate a sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Establish and monitor sales process to ensure timeliness with goals.
- Execute day to day operations to drive KPI’s (referrals, conversion rate, customer satisfaction).
- Achieve one-on-one sales calls and community interactions to enhance the reputation of the organization and increase awareness of services offered.
- Act as the key resource for internal and external customers.
- Identify new business opportunities with referring partners.
- Develop census as defined by targeted goals of the business plan.
- Assist with coordination of the referral-to-admission process.
- Represent the organization in community-related activities.
- Recognize barriers to admission, and respond timely/appropriately.
