Requirements of the Building Maintenance Assistant:
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have, as a minimum, two (2) years experience in a maintenance department in a health-related Facility
- Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in nursing care facilities
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
