Wound Nurse Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans for patients with complex wound needs
Conduct wound assessments and dressings in accordance with established guidelines and protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal results.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care research and best practices
Wound Nurse Requirements:
Current RN or LPN license
Experience in wound care preferred
Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
