About The Role
As a Dietitian at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting diet assessments and developing personalized meal plans for patients with a variety of dietary needs and restrictions
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive optimal nutrition and hydration
- Providing education and support to patients and their families on nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient diets and treatment plans
