About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Spring Creek Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nurses. Your duties will include:
- Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing staff
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting residents with mobility and ambulation
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to our patients and residents, prioritizing their comfort, safety, and well-being
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
