Location: Spring Creek Healthcare Center

Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, and Per Diem Available

Shifts: 7–3, 3–11, and 11–7

About the Position:

We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare staff
• Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies and procedures
• Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey CNA license required
• Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and eager to make a difference
