Responsibilities:
- Provide daily care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies and procedures
- Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment
- Active New Jersey CNA license required
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and eager to make a difference
- New pay rates: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
