What You'll Do
- Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations
- Support staffing processes including scheduling, interviewing, onboarding, and performance management
- Coach and guide nursing staff to reinforce standards of care and accountability
- Contribute to quality improvement efforts and regulatory readiness
- Review clinical documentation, reports, and audits for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with care coordination and interdisciplinary communication
- Step in to support operational needs and ensure continuity of care

What You Bring
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Utah)
- Associate degree required; bachelor's preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Clear, accurate clinical documentation practices
- Commitment to high-quality care for geriatric residents
