We are seeking friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering exceptional service to Members, guests, and event attendees. This role helps create a welcoming atmosphere by providing prompt, knowledgeable, and professional service while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
Whether serving Members in the clubhouse, golfers after a round, or guests at private events, our Bartenders play an important role in creating memorable experiences.
Essential Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club recipes and service standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to Members, guests, and event attendees.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage menus, wines, beers, and specialty cocktails.
- Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with state and local laws.
- Process food and beverage orders accurately through the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including stocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
- Prepare garnishes and complete opening and closing side work.
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with banquet and special event beverage service as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must meet all applicable state requirements for alcohol service.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required based on business needs.
Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
