Job Overview:
Spring City Aviation is seeking a self motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented individual who has a passion for the field of aviation. Experience in flight operations, scheduling and/or dispatch preferred. We have weekday, evening and weekend coverage needs, so can provide some flexibility for the right candidate. Will consider both full time and part time. We are growing our team!
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the field of aviation is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Duties:
-Responsible for coordination of all aspect of flights
- Manage flight crew scheduling
- Make needed travel arrangements (hotels, rental cars, etc.) for clients and flight crews
- Communicate effectively and seamlessly with all departments and client representatives to ensure accurate information is shared and available
- Maintain an attitude of total customer service focused on anticipating the clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive or private information
Requirements:
- Experience and passion for the field of aviation and travel
- 2 years work applicable work experience
- Professional and self-motivated
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness and desire to exceed expectations
