We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (WHNP, FNP, PA-C, or CNM) to join our Women’s Health team. Position Summary
The Advanced Practice Provider reports directly to the Director of Obstetrics and to the Chief Medical Officer. The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing direct patient care including history review, health education, physical exam, counseling, diagnosis and treatment according to protocols, perform office procedures, and meeting productivity goals. The Advanced Practice Provider will be part of a team working in collaboration with the clinic staff to provide primary health care services effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications
Required:
- Current Texas license/certification as:
- Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
- Prescriptive authority in Texas or eligibility to obtain
- Commitment to patient-centered and culturally responsive care
- Minimum 2 years APP experience
- Experience in:
- Women’s Health
- OB/GYN
- Family Planning
- Reproductive Health
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Clinical Care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients according to established clinical guidelines
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Perform, order, and interpret diagnostic studies and procedures
- Provide preventive care, counseling, and education
- Coordinate referrals and specialty care as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical records
- Review laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic reports in a timely manner
- Develop care plans and monitor outcomes
- Follow evidence-based standards of care
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, quality staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs
- Contribute to patient care policy development
- Maintain current clinical knowledge and licensure requirements
- Participate in trainings, conferences, and departmental meetings
- Support emergency preparedness and organizational initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
