What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher/Van Driver position at Spring Brainiacs childcare center?

We are looking for the following positions:
Full-time and Part-time Teachers & Van Drivers for all ages needed. Flexible schedules! Bonuses!!!! Salary flexible! (Bilingual a plus)**
Salary: $9 to $10/hour depending on experience.
Van drivers also needed!! Must have clean driving record, 18yrs or older, and have valid/current driver's license.
- A minimum of 1 yrs. experience in an early childhood classroom preferred
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA preferred
- CPR training or willing to obtain
- Deliver creative weekly scheduled activities for children in the classroom. (Lesson plans)
- Actively engage with children
- Have good classroom management skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must love working with young children and have a warm, caring, and nurturing personality
- Experience with potty training in a classroom setting is a plus
- Be able to communicate efficiently and respectfully with co-workers and parents
- Be reliable, self-motivated, eager to learn, and dedicated in great job performance
- MUST maintain excellent attendance, be flexible, and be reliable
- Must be able to pass a background and fingerprint check
- Pass random drug screenings
