- Assisting team members with general tasks on active job sites or in support roles
- Learning basic construction processes, tools, and safety practices
- Supporting daily operations to help keep projects running smoothly
- Observing and participating in a variety of work environments and roles
- Contributing to team goals while building communication and teamwork skills
- Current high school student having successfully completed their Junior year or a recent high school graduate having just completed their Senior year (16 preferred)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction
- Interest in construction, heavy equipment, or related trades
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety at all times
- Exposure to multiple career paths within the construction industry
