What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Originator position at Spreo Capital?
Spreo Capital is actively expanding and seeking a results-driven Loan Originator to support our growth in key U.S. markets. This role focuses on originating loans up to $5 million across bridge, renovation, ground-up construction and DSCR lending for single family, 2–4-unit residential properties, condominiums, townhomes and multifamily properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a pipeline of real estate investor loan opportunities
- Originate $3MM–$10MM in monthly loan volume
- Collaborate with Borrowers, Brokers and Developers to structure and close deals
- Provide a seamless, end-to-end lending experience from inquiry through funding
Qualifications
- Must have proven experience in private lending loan origination, including RTL (Residential Transition Loans) and DSCR
- Demonstrated ability to consistently generate $50MM in annual originations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
