What You’ll Do
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence
- Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention
- Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable
- Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures
- Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current PT license or license-eligible
- Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
