Qualifications: Must have excellent customer service skills and demonstrate independent initiative.

- Assist with the admission and discharge process for assigned residents.
- Meet and greet new admission and/or family members
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents and family members.
- Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
