Qualifications: Associates Degree or equivalent experience in the clerical or secretarial field, general knowledge of general office practices.
Essential Job Functions:
- Greets public in person and on the telephone, provides general information, answers questions and directs individuals to appropriate party as necessary.

Coordinate fingerprinting, collecting required documentation, and maintaining accurate personnel records.

Performs general secretarial and clerical duties which includes typing and copying.

Orders and maintains adequate inventory of office equipment and supplies.
- Sorts and distributes mail.
- Assists Accounts Payable with processing invoices into the computer system.
- Accepts complaints from customers and general public and takes appropriate corrective action.
