Senior Director, Merchandising

Spreetail is searching for a Senior Director of Merchandising who will help shape the vision, strategy, and trajectory of Spreetail for the long term. We are looking for an expert in ecommerce that knows how to execute those strategies and build a great team along with it. • Partner with some of our biggest brands, to drive their overall performance, in order to maintain and exceed long-term profitability goals. 
• Own negotiations and program key performance indicators.
• Work alongside the Merchandising team in coaching, training, and leading program reviews.
• Partner with brands to grow special make-up SKUs, exclusive partnerships, and assortment expansion through multiple channels.
• Have expert-level project and process management expertise, leading projects that impact $100s of millions of dollars.

• 5 to 10 years experience in negotiations. 
• 5 to 10 years experience in vendor management, buying, or merchandising experience. 
• Extensive negotiation experience. 
• Strong public speaking abilities and presentation abilities to C-Suite Executives.
• Deep functional knowledge within retail, ecommerce, marketplaces, or US parcel distribution.
