HR Manager

Fast-growing company in Northern California is looking for an experienced HR Manager!

Our company, established in 2016, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and direct all HR team members for our Northern California office locations! We are a company that provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities residing in various locations of Northern California. We currently have several offices located throughout different areas of Northern California, including Sacramento, San Jose, Ukiah, and a few others cities where our administrative duties are carried out. Our company continues to expand into different areas, and we are seeking a highly-qualified candidate to lead the growth in the HR department!

• You are a strong leader with solid principle and a high level of work ethic
• You are observant and seek out ways to improve the performance of the team and increase efficiency
• You have good knowledge of Labor Law regulations and other relevant Employment/Employer Relationship policies
• You are reliable and have a solid history of attendance
• You enjoy occasional travel to other office locations and have reliable transportation
• You do not enjoy sitting still at a desk and working from home, and want to work in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of HR experience, preferably with experience in directly supervising other HR employees
• BA degree (relevant experience can be considered in place of education)
• Prior experience working in the social services/healthcare industry a major plus!
• Bilingual candidates a plus (not required)
  
  

Salary:

• $74,880-$79,040/year (Exempt)
  
  

Please note that this is NOT a remote position, so working in an office setting is required.
