Four hours total needed per weekend (Employee can select Friday, Saturday or Sunday)

Looking for male staff.

Must have experience or knowledge working with individuals with Autism.

$22.00/ hour

(possibility To Increase Hours Worked By Assisting Other Clients)

Available shift:

• Afternoon - Friday, Saturday, &/or Sunday
• This position will be 4 hours per weekend
• These hours can be worked either on one day or a combination of these days.
  
  

Spread Your Wings was established in 2015 in a small one room office in Morgan Hill, California. Since then, has expanded with 10 offices now across California and more plans to expand further. We provide a wide range of services to intellectually and developmentally disabled individuals. We are currently seeking motivated individuals, with a real passion for helping others to join our Supportive Living Services team in Sacramento, CA.

Services will focus on safety skills in the community, appropriate behavior in the community, picking up on social cues, community integration, healthy cooking skills, making a shopping list, shopping smart, planning a meal, following a recipe, and kitchen safety.

• Act as a positive role model to support the client and establish a constructive and appropriate personal relationship with client
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be willing to drive a client in your personal vehicle that is in safe operating condition
• High School Graduate or equivalent in experience providing personal care to individuals
• Must satisfactorily pass DOJ background check
• Must satisfactorily pass motor vehicle record check
• Must have a valid and current California driver’s license, proof of current vehicle insurance, and valid vehicle registration
