Pay & Perks
- $19.25–$19.50 per hour
- Paid sick time
- Mileage reimbursement
- Ongoing training and mentorship

- Time-and-a-half pay for approved holiday hours worked
- Benefits available in 30 days or less
- 50% company-paid medical plan

- Provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities
- Teach and encourage independent living skills, including cooking, budgeting, cleaning, and personal hygiene
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and increasing independence
- Assist with community outings, appointments, and daily activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes
- Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work throughout Santa Clara County
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with state requirements
- Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Word, and data entry
- Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
- Previous caregiving, direct support, or behavioral health experience
