Role Description
This is a Indenpendant Sales hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in US, with work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales presentations, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Managed Agency Service : Full-service creator campaign strategy and execution.
- Spray Platform (SaaS): Annual or multi-month subscriptions enabling advanced creator discovery and campaign scaling.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales strategy development and execution
- Strong skills in client relationship management and negotiation
- Proficiency in market research and identifying business opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the marketing or technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Compensation (Commission-Based)
- Commission-only with uncapped earnings potential
- Platform (SaaS) sales: commission on new customer revenue, plus additional commission on timely expansions and renewals
- Managed services: commission calculated on Net Service Fees (excludes creator payouts, media spend, and other pass-through costs)
- Payouts: commissions are paid upon collected client payments
- Clawback: standard clawback applies for cancellations or unpaid invoices
