Due to continued growth and increased customer demand, Spray Tech Solutions is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Spray Foam Insulation Installers. Previous spray foam experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Install open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation
- Prepare job sites and protect customer property
- Operate and maintain spray foam equipment
- Load, unload, and transport materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and job specifications
- Provide professional customer service on every project
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75 pounds or more
- Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance
- Construction, insulation, roofing, or general labor experience is a plus
