Spray-Net North Phoenix is a fast-growing residential painting company specializing in:
- Cabinet painting & refinishing

Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for:
- Responding to inbound leads
- Meeting homeowners for on-site consultations
- Building accurate estimates and proposals
- Following up with prospects
- Closing sales
- Maintaining a strong customer experience from estimate through project completion
This position requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to confidently guide customers through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home estimates
- Educate customers on Spray-Net products, coatings, and processes
- Measure projects and build accurate proposals
- Follow up with leads consistently
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
- Update CRM with notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks
- Work closely with production and operations teams
- Generate referrals and neighborhood opportunities
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Help maintain a 5-star customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (in-home sales, painting, construction, remodeling, or home services is a plus)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and mobile apps
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends as needed
Compensation
- Base salary and/or commission structure depending on experience. Typically 6-8% of gross sales. $1M in sales is ideal.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
- Manage and complete the Spray-Net sales process which includes
- o The customer consultation
- o Using our software to quote the job
- o Follow up with customers
- o Collect job deposits
- o Assist in color selection (yes we’ll train you and give you the tools to do so!)
- o After-sales support as needed with your customers
- Relationship building and maintenance
- Participation in home shows
- Mentor and coach new team members
- Promote positive brand image
- Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)
