Required Certifications (Must Have Prior to Hire)
- SPFA PCP Applicator Certification
- BPI/BSI Certification or equivalent building envelope knowledge
Overview
We're looking for an experienced, certified lead sprayer to run the rig and lead a crew on residential and commercial spray foam insulation projects. You'll be responsible for the quality of the work, the safety of the crew, and the experience of the customer on site.
What We're Looking For
- On time, reliable, and professional
- Strong understanding of building envelope principles
- Able to monitor and adjust for processing parameters — humidity, temperature, moisture content
- Able to drive truck with trailer (non-CDL)
- Leads by example and communicates clearly with helpers and customers
- Recognizes and communicates bad conditions before spraying
- Problem solver — able to reduce risk and loss on the job
- Willing to travel and work overnight on occasion
- Must pass a drug test
Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust the spray rig to spec
- Monitor processing parameters and make real-time adjustments
- Lead morning rig prep and ensure crew is ready to work
- Oversee quality of foam application
- Communicate with customers on site as needed
- Ensure proper paperwork is completed
- Enforce jobsite and transportation safety standards
- Responsible for equipment condition and care
- Attend or facilitate manufacture or distributor training as required
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
