Broad Function: The Licensed Practical Nurse shall be accountable for a full range of health care including assessment and treatment of common (acute and chronic) health problems in accordance with current standards of nursing practice. Provide supervision, coordination, and evaluation of the unit’s health care team and services.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse currently licensed in the State of New York.
- Graduate of an approved NLN accredited nursing program / State Approved Vocational Program.
- Ability to provide leadership and supervision to subordinate personnel.
- Genuine interest in gerontology, and an understanding of the special needs of the geriatric elder.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment health screening / background check.
- CPR Certified.
