JOB SUMMARY:
To be responsible for enhancing the customers journey throughout the relationship by promoting our brand and offering exceptional support, every step of the way.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with general inquiries and process customer orders.
- Coordinate/Track customer shipments and communicate delivery of orders to the customer.
- Manage customer open orders/backorders and expedite shortages.
- Liaison between customer, sales, materials and warehouse.
- Support sales in customer forecasting/placement sheets and communicate with materials on any changes.
- Maintain customer pricing and quotations.
- Analyze and solve problems.
- Build customer relationships.
- Evaluate processes and bring forth recommendations on how to improve so that the customer’s experience is frictionless.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Responsive, Helpful, Intuitive, Empathetic, Proactive, Communication skills, Problem Solving
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate/Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged sitting
