About Us Spout Ventures builds the Spout Monolith, a countertop device that generates clean drinking water from the air. We are a small, serious team and we run our workshop like a professional kitchen. That is not a metaphor. Our lead technician is Michelin star trained, and we hold our work to that standard: precision, cleanliness, no shortcuts, no excuses. The Role We are hiring a hands-on technician to work directly under our lead. You will assemble, test, and troubleshoot units. Quality is everything here. If you have worked a demanding kitchen line, you already know what that means. You are a great fit if you have worked in a professional kitchen as a line cook, prep cook, kitchen tech, or equipment maintenance. You have hands-on mechanical ability with tools, appliances, plumbing, or HVAC. You are precise, reliable, and take pride in your work. You thrive under a strong mentor and want to grow into something new. Bonus points for electronics or appliance repair experience, or any food equipment maintenance background. You will be doing assembly and QC of water generation units, basic troubleshooting and rework, documentation and reporting, and working directly under an experienced lead tech. Pay: $20 to $25 per hour depending on experience Location: Chatsworth, CA (moving to Woodland Hills and Reseda area soon) Full-Time, On-Site
