We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations within our distribution facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong warehouse experience, solid leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment. Previous managerial or supervisory experience is highly desirable. The ability to speak Turkish is a strong bonus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and safety
- Lead, train, and support warehouse staff while fostering a positive and efficient team environment
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, company policies, and operational standards
- Use warehouse systems and tools to track inventory, productivity, and workflow
- Identify operational improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with supervisors and upper management to meet organizational goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Skills
- Strong warehouse experience required
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience is highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams
- Solid understanding of warehouse processes, equipment, and safety procedures
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse software systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
- Ability to speak Turkish is a bonus!
