Job Overview
The Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers receive correct and on-time orders while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Pick products from inventory using pick lists or handheld scanners
- Pack orders accurately and securely for shipment
- Label packages and prepare shipments according to instructions
- Verify order accuracy and product quality before shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Meet productivity and accuracy standards
Skills
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT
- MUST HAVE A CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD
Shift Details
Timing: Monday - Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM. 45 Minute Unpaid Break (Friday Break is Paid)
Pay Rate: $18/hr
