The incoming engineer will play a key role in project leadership, client management, and mentoring junior staff, while helping guide projects from concept through approvals and construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with municipal and private sector clients
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams on land development and civil engineering projects
- Review, approve, and seal engineering plans and reports
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Represent projects before municipal planning and zoning boards
- Mentor and develop junior engineering staff
- Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 5–10 years of civil engineering experience, ideally within land development consulting
- Experience managing projects and interacting directly with clients
- Comfortable presenting at planning board and zoning board hearings
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
