Key Responsibilities
Install and repair pipes, fixtures, valves, and plumbing appliances.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Cut, thread, fit, and weld pipes to build safe plumbing systems.
Perform routine maintenance and identify issues early.
Coordinate with electricians, HVAC techs, and other trades.
Assist with HVAC-related plumbing components.
Safely use lifting equipment and perform physical labor.
Follow all job site safety procedures.
Diagnose and repair issues during field service calls.
Maintain accurate work logs and material records.
Assist with remodeling projects including basic carpentry.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, and welding.
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude; HVAC knowledge preferred.
Experience on construction sites with safety compliance.
Ability to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Carpentry or remodeling background is a plus.
CDL Preferred But Not Required.
