Job Overview:
Spotlight Sitters is seeking reliable, flexible babysitters who can provide care with transportation for children, including morning and evening pick-ups and drop-offs. Candidates should also be comfortable with last-minute bookings and adjusting schedules as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in a safe, fun environment
- Provide transportation for children to and from activities, school, or events
- Take last-minute bookings and adjust schedules as needed
- Lead age-appropriate activities and games
- Maintain a clean and organized play area
- Communicate updates and concerns to parents
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of childcare experience
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable, patient, and flexible
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
- Comfortable with last-minute schedule changes
Additional Requirements:
- Two professional references required and will be verified
- Background check conducted prior to placement
- Availability mornings, evenings, weekends, and for last-minute coverage
