Spotless Professional Cleaning is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team!
We provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Montgomery and River Region area. We're looking for team members who take pride in their work, enjoy helping others, and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every client.
Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes and commercial properties according to company standards
- Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and disinfect all assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and common spaces
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or unusual conditions
- Properly care for company equipment and cleaning supplies
- Provide friendly, professional service while respecting clients' homes and businesses
- Work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel between job locations
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Daytime residential cleaning
- Evening commercial cleaning opportunities may be available
- No weekend residential cleaning

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
