Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in assigned areas
- Conduct specialized cleaning procedures including floor care, buffing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Assist with custodial responsibilities in both residential and commercial settings
- Carry out industrial cleaning tasks as needed, including equipment sanitation and facility maintenance
- Support facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs or painting when required
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment during cleaning operations
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
