Responsibilities
- Assist our operations manager in overseeing the daily operations of our commercial cleaning services, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist in training new Area Managers or starting new accounts when necessary.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Perform site visits to accounts to ensure quality expectations are met.
- Prepare and present operational reports to the operations manager.
- Assist the operations manager in developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Fill in for the operations manager as needed.
- Flexible schedule and ability to travel as required.
Qualifications

SCC employees are about 90% Spanish-speaking. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is strongly needed to effectively communicate with employees. The ability to speak and write in both languages is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in utilizing Excel, including knowledge of formulas, tables, and data manipulation for organizing and analyzing data.
- Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
- Experience in customer service and client management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Must be able to prioritize activities and meet deadlines.
- Working an on-call schedule is required.
