Team leader & Field Tech Masonry

Job descriptions Spotless Chimney is CT's most trusted Chimney service provider. We are looking for individuals who are interested in a trade career within our residential installation division, inspection division, masonry team or sales teams. For residential homeowners we provide expert diagnostics and report building, installation of ventilation systems, stoves etc as well as fully rebuilding and repairing masonry chimneys. If you are someone who is a team player, hands on and is looking for a great trade career opportunity, a position on one of our teams may be for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team on various projects.
• Coordinate daily tasks, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
• Manage a team to build, repair chimneys with a focus on rebuilding
• Train and mentor team members, fostering professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Utilize company-issued tablets for project documentation and communication.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience in construction or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• The ability to work overtime and start work early 6am.

Plus- If partially or fully bilingual in Spanish and good communication skills

Schedule:

• 8 to 12-hour shifts.
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
• Overtime opportunities available.
