We believe therapists do their best work when they feel respected, supported, and appreciated.What You'll DoAs a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you'll help children develop the skills they need to participate confidently in everyday life.Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate and treat children from infancy through adolescence
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals
  • Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-care, handwriting, feeding, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and developmental delays
  • Collaborate closely with families to provide education and home strategies
  • Work alongside PTs and SLPs to provide coordinated, family-centered care
  • Document evaluations and daily treatment in a timely manner
  • Celebrate every milestone—big and small

Qualifications

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license (or eligible)
  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
