Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Chicago, IL market area. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property showings, performing market analyses to determine property values, facilitating negotiations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process. The role requires a proactive, client-focused approach to achieve positive results and maintain SPOT's reputation as a trusted industry leader.

Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Sales and a strong understanding of Real Estate markets and trends
- Experience in Real Property transactions and market evaluation
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with Chicago and its surrounding market areas is preferred
