About the Role:
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Partnership Relationship Manager with a strong marketing background to grow strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. This role blends relationship management with hands-on marketing, ideal for someone who can turn partnerships into impactful, results-driven campaigns. You’ll manage partner relationships, lead crossmarketing initiatives, and collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute omnichannel campaigns across digital, social, and email. You’ll also identify new opportunities, support affiliate and ambassador programs, and use data to optimize performance and drive growth.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned partners and accounts
- Respond and log requests for projects related to third party partnerships, promotional items, and cross-marketing initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with our marketing and creative teams to map out long-term promotions, content releases, social programs, ad hoc emails and other omnichannel growth and retention strategies. Understanding and experience with creative workflows for print, video & digital production required.
- Prepare and maintain status reports, meeting recaps, and provide support in the preparation of presentations and reports.
- Serve as a point of contact for incoming requests. Monitor project requests and communicate with stakeholders regarding project progress and status.
- Lead business development and client management calls when necessary.
- Assist channel managers and leads with time-sensitive projects and deliverables under tight timelines.
- Help outline quarterly business reviews & other client facing presentations that review performance, insights and strategic opportunities
- Prospect and engage new business partnerships using LinkedIn and B2B sales tools.
- Using our affiliate platforms to maintain and broaden our network of affiliates including publishers by working closely with leadership to launch year-round campaigns that drives site traffic and conversions
- Across our affiliate and ambassador programs, own key data and metrics to report on performance and areas of opportunity that align with company goals and strategy
