Spot On Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing mobile outpatient practice. This part-time position is an opportunity to become an integral member of our Falls Recovery & Mobility Program, working alongside our Clinical Lead to provide exceptional one-on-one care to older adults in their homes, apartments, and independent or assisted living communities throughout MetroWest Massachusetts.
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys meaningful relationships, individualized care, flexible scheduling, and practicing outside the traditional clinic environment while helping shape a growing specialty program.
About the Role
As a member of our Falls Recovery & Mobility Program, you will provide evidence-based interventions focused on:
- Fall prevention and recovery
- Balance and gait training
- Functional mobility
- Strength and endurance
- Home safety assessments and recommendations
- Durable medical equipment recommendations
- Caregiver education
- Supporting long-term mobility, confidence, and independence
As the program continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to participate in community presentations, balance classes, and innovative mobility initiatives designed to help older adults remain active and engaged within their communities.

Qualifications
Physical Therapist
- Licensed (or license eligible) in Massachusetts
OR
Physical Therapist Assistant
- Licensed (or license eligible) in Massachusetts
- Comfortable collaborating with supervising therapists and practicing within the PTA scope of practice
For both positions:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for working with older adults
- Interest in fall prevention, neurological conditions, and functional mobility
- Home health and/or outpatient experience preferred but not required
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Minimum expectation of approximately 12 patient visits per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Service area concentrated within MetroWest Massachusetts
