What We’re Looking For:

• Skills & Experience: Ideal candidates will have at least five years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to white-collar crime. Proficiency in Viewpoint and similar databases is important, coupled with an open-minded approach to learning new tools.
• E-Discovery Expertise: Advanced experience in e-discovery is essential, with a willingness to pursue further certification through ACEDS.
• Detail-Oriented & Proactive: You will manage document reviews, database organization, and trial preparation with autonomy, requiring a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude.
• Flexible & Adaptive: Thrive on handling urgent requests, adeptly switch tasks, and embrace learning opportunities, especially relating to tax cases and document organization.
• Team Player & Independent Worker: Balance working collaboratively and independently. Take charge of case management and trial arrangements while adhering to effective, established processes.

Essential Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree or an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
• Ability to travel for out-of-town trials and work occasional overtime when needed.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with attorneys and clients, driving efficient processes and solutions.
