Spot On Speech Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice providing high-quality speech and occupational therapy services throughout the Greater Boston area. We provide services in children's homes, schools, and community settings, helping children develop the skills they need to participate confidently in everyday life.
We're currently seeking a part-time licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our team. This position offers flexible scheduling with after-school and/or weekend hours, making it an excellent opportunity for therapists looking to supplement an existing caseload or enjoy a flexible work-life balance.

What You'll Do
- Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and treatment for pediatric clients.
- Develop engaging, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each child's unique strengths and goals.
- Address areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, visual-motor integration, emotional regulation, executive functioning, and participation in daily routines.
- Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to support carryover across environments.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapy license.
- Experience working with pediatric clients preferred.
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Greater Boston area.
