Job Summary
We are seeking a certified, dynamic and passionate Pilates Instructor to join and build our private studio. In this role, you will lead engaging Pilates classes designed to improve flexibility, core strength, posture, and overall well-being. With our studio connected to our Physical Therapy clinic you have a unique opportunity to engage in pre and post rehabilitative care across a wide range of client demographics. Your expertise will inspire members of all fitness levels to achieve their personal health goals through innovative program design and personalized coaching. Responsibilities
- Lead energetic and well-structured Pilates classes tailored to diverse skill levels, emphasizing proper technique and body mechanics
- Develop customized workout programs that incorporate principles of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to optimize results
- Educate participants on the benefits of Pilates for posture, flexibility, core stability, and injury prevention
- Motivate clients through clear instruction, positive reinforcement, and personalized feedback during group or one-on-one sessions
- Maintain a safe environment by ensuring proper equipment use and adherence to studio safety standards
- work closely with Physical Therapists for pre and post rehabilitative clients
- community and virtual marketing to promote and build class offerings and private/small group sessions
Experience
- Proven experience as a Pilates instructor or in related group fitness roles with a strong understanding of physiology and anatomy
- Demonstrated ability to design effective fitness programs that incorporate body mechanics, sports coaching techniques, and functional movement principles
- Familiarity with gym operations, health club environments, and fitness sales strategies to support client retention and growth
- knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and post therapeutic concerns
- experience with pregnant and postpartum clients is a plus
- Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited organization is required; additional certifications in special populations/groups are a plus
- Prior experience teaching in a gym or health club setting with the ability to engage groups and individual clients effectively

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
