What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Programs Coach position at Sportsplex Management Group?
Do you love working with kids? Are you passionate about sports? Are you energetic and loud?
Then we want you!
We are hiring amazing coaches for our youth programs: Soccer Bugs, Sportsplex Soccer Training, Flag Football, Field Hockey, and Lacrosse. You don't need to be an expert in each sport! We are looking for someone who loves working with kids, can get kids engaged in class, and can follow a fun, interactive lesson (all lessons will be provided).
Please note, we will not consider applicants who do not answer the screener questions.
Location:
- Dulles Sportsplex - Sterling, VA
Fall Session: beings late August, ends late October
Shift Times: Weeknights 4:30pm-8:30pm and Saturday/Sunday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm
Training & Collaboration: single training session at the start of the season with supplemental support available as needed.
Compensation: $12-15/hour with opportunity for performance based raises, retention bonuses, and employee perks at each facility.
