What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Manager position at Sportsplex Management Group?
From the second a customer walks through the door to the last "goodbye" of the night, the Facility Manager takes point on customer experiences. Our ideal Facility Manager will know every customer by name, lead a strong team of motivated employees, and promote our company values at The 422 Sportsplex.
Our Facility Manager:
- Exclusively works nights and weekends, 40 hours per week, some overtime required during peak season
- Functions as the "Manager on Duty"
- Must be able to referee youth and adult indoor soccer leagues
- Schedules staff according to company payroll expectations per facility schedule
- Collects payments each night for leagues, rentals, and drop-in players
- Builds community relationships to acquire individuals and teams for youth programs, youth leagues, and adult leagues
- Delivers outstanding customer service by modeling and motivating staff to consistently interact with customers
- Resolves customer service issues in a timely, professional manner
- Enforces facility rules and checks participant memberships
- Enforces facility standards for cleaning and safety
- Logs accurate inventory and orders supplies as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Self-starter with the ability to execute assigned tasks in a timely fashion.
Pay & Benefits
- $20-$22/hr, based on experience. This position is hourly, 40 hours/week minimum.
