Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages quickly and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of bar tools and surfaces
• Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from guest areas promptly to ensure a tidy environment
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, kegs, or trash disposal with proper safety procedures
• Support food handling and preparation processes in compliance with food service bar safety standards
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing
• Ensure adherence to food service industry standards, including beverage service protocols and venue safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
• Knowledge of bar cleaning, food handling, and venue beverage service procedures
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cashiering and order management
• Experience in catering, banquet service, or event venues is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Commitment to food industry standards including food safety compliance and alcohol service regulations

Pay: $15.00 - $26.61 per hour
