Duties

- Oversee employee orientation, training, and development to ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a strong, capable team.
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing stock, setting up displays, pricing products accurately, and managing inventory levels effectively.
