Sportset Health & Fitness Club is Hiring a Membership Advisor (Full-Time/Part Time)

About the Role:
As a Membership Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Turning warm leads into loyal, paying members.
- Driving consistent monthly sales through in-person tours, phone calls, and follow-ups.
- Keeping a full, working pipeline—then closing it.
- Becoming the face of the brand during the membership process.
- Working closely with management to fine-tune strategies and improve conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience (B2B, B2C, inside sales, gym memberships, financial services, insurance, etc.).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong internal drive.
- Strong organizational skills. You live in your CRM.
