As a Physical Therapist, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based care that helps patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love. You'll work alongside a team that values clinical excellence, compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and establish individualized plans of care.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered treatment.
- Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to achieve the best outcomes.
- Accurately document patient care using our EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Foster meaningful relationships with patients, teammates, and referral partners.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care.
